So who better to recruit for both positions than...someone you love? Bring your friend, mom, dad, brother, mentor, or partner for a non ladies only class dedicated to learning how to workout with someone in a safe, fun, and effective way. The class will be broken up into 3 unique parts that you and your love can use to get that good work in.
STRENGTH: Where you will learn to lift weights with proper form and technique, as well as spot and guide your partner through doing so.
PARTNER PERFORMANCE: Fun drills where partners will be utilized for agility, balance, and core strength.
PARTNER TIMER: A great method you can use at home or at the gym to work together, rely on one another's hard work, and get your heart rate up.
This experience seeks to leave attendees not only with better knowledge and confidence in their individual training but feeling better equipped to be that positive influence and motivational force their love wants and needs!
