Join the November Workout Challenge!

What is it?

-November workout challenge will be a series of challenging and fun circuit based workouts for you to complete throughout the month of Novmeber. Every workout will be different, keeping you on your toes all month long. Workouts will include EMOM, AMRAP, REP BASED, and INTERVAL style training.

How many workouts are included?

-There will be 5 unique workouts a week each week.

What equipment will I need to complete the workouts?

-you will only need dumbbells and your bodyweight to complete the November workout challenge.

How is it different than custom online training?

-Custom online training custom made for your specific goals, wants, needs, and equipment available to you. Custom online training is also a 4 week program based on progressive overload-meaning you are doing the same workouts 4 days a week, for 4 weeks in a row. In the November workout challenge every workout is different!

Also, unlike in custom online training, you will not have direct access to me for form check and questions. However, you will have access to our private facebook group that will include all of the other girls who choose to take on the challenge! Once the challenge is purchased, I will send you an invite to join the group!

How long are the workouts?

-all the workouts are designed to take anywhere from 20-50 minutes. All of the workouts can be modified to suit your time restrictions.

How will I know what to do?

-The app the challenge will live on will have video examples of all the exercises, as well as directions on how to complete each workout!
