Ladies Who Lift online training provides a supportive coaching experience for women to get their strongest, healthiest and most confident both inside and outside the gym. Our LWL coaches construct custom and non-custom training programs designed to meet women where they’re currently at in their fitness journey, and help reach their individual goals.

Our strength training programs emphasize progressive overload, repetition, and great lifting technique, while providing all members with suggested cardio routines to supplement along the way. Programs can all be completed at a gym, or in the comfort of your home depending on what equipment is available to you. When you become a Ladies Who Lift member you will get access to our Members Only Portal where you’ll find our full nutritional guidebook, healthy recipes, great workouts for when you are on the go, a library of cardio and mobility workouts, as well as exclusive promotions from our partners.

WORKOUTS DELIVERED STRAIGHT TO YOUR PHONE

Our trainers write your programs in an easy and intuitive free app called TrueCoach. Here you will be able to access your full program outline, communicate with your trainer and track your own progress.

The app will give you an instructional video for each movement, and a description for how many reps and sets we want you to perform. You’ll be able to upload your results and add videos so you see how you’re getting better and better every week!

  • Rae Reichlin created Ladies who Lift after watching many of her female clients have the physical and mental breakthroughs they never thought possible through learning to lift properly and with confidence.

    Having experienced it herself, Rae understands the fear, apprehension, and misinformation, that can sometimes come along with lifting and getting stronger, and wanted to create a space and environment where women felt comfortable to come together to learn and perfect this method of training.

    Ladies who Lift promotes empowerment through pushing one's own boundaries, and being there for others who are trying to do the same. By educating women about each of their bodies needs and impressive capabilities Ladies who Lift aims to leave clients ready to lead happy, healthy, connected lives.

  • Brittany is an ACE Fitness Certified Personal Trainer and additionally holds a specialty Certification in Pre/Post Natal Training. She has experience as a group fitness coach and trained 1:1 both in-person and online.

  • Amy fell in love with strength training during her high school Volleyball team’s off-season, where they were introduced to the weight room. She loved the way that strength training made her feel strong and powerful. She felt more confident, empowered and started to see her body for what it could do, rather than what it looked like.

    With a passion for health and fitness, it was natural that Amy got certified to be a personal trainer in her senior year of college while pursuing her pre-med degree. She loved introducing her fellow college women to the weight room, where it was 95% male (read: frat bro) dominated. She loved helping them feel comfortable, not intimidated and confident enough to return to the weight room on their own. She has been coaching clients for 7 years and lives for getting her clients stronger, healthier and more confident. Her favorite part of coaching clients is seeing the way that building strength and confidence in the weight room oozes out into other areas of her client’s life.

FAQs

  • We offer both home based workouts and gym workouts.

    For the home based workouts you will need:
    Dumbbells AND/OR kettlebells, mini bands, resistance bands, bodyweight.

    The focus of this program is progressive overload, which can come in the form of:
    - Increasing in the weights you use in the workouts every week/month.
    -Amount of repetitions performed
    -Quality/improved form of the exercises.

    For the gym based workouts you will need:
    -Barbells
    -Dumbbells
    -Cable machine
    -At times some machines

  • At LWL our workouts are focused on strength training and building your strongest healthiest body. Workouts will be strength-based with an emphasis on repetition progressive overload. All programs come with access to additional cardio workouts in our members portal, and custom training clients will get more specific cardio suggestions from their trainer based off their individual goals.

  • yes! absolutely. Having an online training program to follow on the days you choose not to attend classes or don't have a session with your trainer is a great idea for continuing to stay accountable, on top of your goals, and doing workouts you know will be effective and safe.

    Our online training programs allow you the additional benefit of training on your own time, as well as getting in a whole month of workouts for what one session with an in-person trainer can cost!
