Use this routine to stretch your legs post-workout.

Equipment Needed: Yoga mat, Elevated Surface (i.e. Bench, Box, Table, Chair)

 
 

Workout

Perform each stretch for anywhere between 30 seconds to 2 mins. 
Supine Quad Stretch
Standing Hamstring Stretch
Glute-focused Figure 4 Stretch
