assisted pull/chin ups

What you’ll need: Resistance Bands/Pull Up bar

 

Wrap the band around your pull up bar you will then loop it through itself. Pull it nice and tight. Grab both sides of that band and pull it down and get your foot into it and fully extend yourself. If you need help with that band, always ask someone around you if they will stretch the band for you. Then get into those assisted pull or chin ups!
