Our Ladies Who Lift Ambassador program is our most hands-on package. The Ambassador program goes beyond just your training, taking into consideration your deeper health.
Our coaches evaluate and educate on all things training, nutrition, lifestyle and behavioral.

 

Nutrition GuideANCE

You will receive our LWL nutrition guide. A 70 page guide on macronutrients, calories, general nutrition information, recipes, etc. You will also receive custom nutritional coaching from your coach, who will discuss your nutrition, daily habits, goals, and how to reach them each week in your private coaching call!

Weekly COACHING CALLS

This is where we dive deep! Your weekly coaching calls will serve to look at the BIG PICTURE. Breaking down your schedule, habits, patterns of thinking, nutrition, form, etc. Our coaches are here to fully guide you along this journey!

Video Kick-off call

Before we write your custom program, we’ll have a one-on-one call to discuss your long term and short term goals. We’ll look at how frequently you want to be exercising and what equipment you have to build your program.

FULLY Customized Program & Check INS

Our coaches will build you a completely customized 4-week program based off your individual goals, wants, needs, available equipment, and injuries. Your form videos will be checked on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

ACCESS TO THE APP

Access our LWL platform on the True Coach app via mobile or desktop which will break down all of your moves with video demonstration and allow you to track your progress.

TRAINER & Community support

Not only will you have anytime access to ask questions to your trainer directly, but you’ll be joining the 300+ ladies on our Ladies Who Lift community where we ask questions, share progress, keep inspired, and check form.

FAQs

 

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Ladies Who Lift Home Based Program is appropriate for all fitness levels.  What is important is to JUST START, and no one starts by knowing it all. Beginners are encouraged to spend time learning and apply appropriate modifications as needed. The main goal is increase your strength training knowledge, improve your form, and build confidence in the gym!

Video examples provided will show you how to perform, and private facebook group access will allow you to ask questions are share form videos with other program members.

DO I GET LIFETIME ACCESS TO MY PROGRAM?

No. Only active clients will have access to their current and past programs. You will only have access to your program for the 4 weeks it is assigned to you. If you choose to resign to any level, you will continue to have access to all your current and past programs.

What equipment will I need?

Because we’re building this completely custom to you, let us know what equipment you have access to and we’ll make sure to work around that. We strongly recommend having a few basics: Dumbbells AND/OR kettlebells, mini bands, and resistance bands.

What happens after month 1?

when your program is 10 days away from ending we will send you a notice. From there you will have the ability to resign, or switch to a different program.

you will fill out a renewal form with your newly requested start date (next start date can be no further than 10 days away from when current program ends)

you will book your optional meeting with your coach, and we will continue to help you towards your goals!

Will I be able to talk to my coach whenever during the program?

Yes you will have daily access to your coach via the TrueCoach App.

WHAT WEIGHTS WILL I NEED?

The weights you will need will largely depend on your individual strength. What may be heavy for one person may be the appropriate weight for another. The wider variety of weights you have, the better. At minimum it is recommended you have a pair that YOU consider light, medium and heavy.

Are the WORKOUTS fully guided?

No. these workouts are designed and programed by me to successfully build you a well rounded routine. Your demo videos will break down each movement with detailed explanations, intended to show you best form practices
