Brittany is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty certification in Pre/Postnatal Fitness (ACE) and is also a certified Core Exercise Pregnancy and Postpartum Specialist (P.C.E.S.). She is currently working toward her Senior Fitness Specialist certification to further expand her expertise in supporting clients through every stage of life.
With 6+ years of experience in both group fitness and 1:1 personal training—offers in-person and online—Brittany brings a well-rounded, approachable style to her coaching. A native of suburban Chicago, Brittany moved to the city about eight years ago. What began as a way to meet people at the gym quickly grew into a passion that evolved into a fulfilling career in fitness.
Now based in the northern suburbs of Illinois, Brittany works with clients of all ages and abilities. She believes that strength training is not just about the workout, but about building long-term sustainability, confidence, and resilience. Her own journey with strength training has been both physically and mentally transformative, and she brings that personal experience to every session—focusing on proper form, progression, and real-life strength that carries over beyond the gym.
Brittany is passionate about helping clients enjoy the process while consistently working toward their goals. She is excited to support and empower anyone ready to make lasting lifestyle changes and is always available to answer questions and guide you on your fitness journey.

Once you purchase the program you will automatically be sent a digital download-this download will lead you to a questionnaire from which I will build out your program.
Since your program is custom built for YOU, you will receive program 5-7 days from day questionnaire form in filled out.
