LWL All Levels Class
The LWL all-levels class is an hour-long strength training workout using the skills and foundations learned in our workshops or developed in your own lifting practice.
This class will put you through a total body workout with a focus on upper, lower, and core strength. You won’t find any burpees here! But you will find barbell & dumbbell-based lifts, and an expert team of coaches to help lead you through them and perfect your form and technique along the way!
No matter if you consider yourself a beginner or a pro-we want you here! Our coaches will provide you with the necessary modification to get your best workout in-guaranteed.
