Grab your bestie and lets get to it!

This will be a PARTNER TIMER workout.

Meaning instead of having a set clock as your timer, the speed at which your partner moves will act as the timer and drive the workout.

 
 

EXAMPLE: 

A1: ROW 8 cals
A2: Plank w/ leg raise

Alex and Tara are partners.
Tara will start at a1
Alex with start at a2
TARA is currently the “timer” because she is at the exercise with the goal to reach

Tara will hop on the rowing machine and start working towards the goal of 8 calories.
While Tara is doing so, Alex will perform the plank w/ leg raise for however long it takes for tara to hit the goal of 8 calories
Then they will switch
Alex will now go on the rowing machine and become the “timer” and tara will hold the plank.
You will complete each partner timer section for the given amount of rounds.

CIRCUIT ONE

Complete 3-4 rounds
(one round = both partners
completing both a1 and a2)

A1: TIMER: jumping jacks 100 reps
