Sam started her fitness journey very young as a competitive dancer. In college, she joined a women’s health organization, where she was first introduced to Ladies Who Lift. What began as a simple way to stay active quickly turned into a love for strength training and the confidence that comes with it. Lifting became more than a workout. It became a way to feel strong, confident, and sexy in the gym.

After working with a coach for over five years, Sam is now stepping into her own coaching role with the goal of helping others find that same confidence and power. She’s especially passionate about supporting people who feel intimidated, unsure, or overlooked in traditional fitness spaces.

Sam’s coaching style centers on building strength, boosting confidence, and actually having fun while doing it. She believes strength training isn’t a short-term hobby, but a lifelong tool. Her approach focuses on helping clients feel badass lifting heavy weights today while also preparing their bodies for the future. That means staying strong enough to carry groceries upstairs, get up off the floor with ease, and move confidently through every stage of life.

She takes pride in creating programs that are safe, effective, and sustainable for every body, celebrating both the big wins and the small milestones along the way.
