This is a customized workout plan built specifically for you, based on your needs, wants, goals and preferences, with options to upgrade for even more one-on-one help from your expert coach!
Video Kick-off call
Before we write your custom program, we’ll have a one-on-one call to discuss your history with training, long term and short term goals. We’ll look at how frequently you want to be exercising and what equipment you have to build your program.
FULLY Customized Program
Your coach will build you a completely customized 4-week program based off your individual goals, schedule, wants, needs, available equipment, and injuries. You pick how many days you train and how long you want your workouts to be. Your program will include demonstration videos and instructions so you can walk into your workout with confidence!
One-on-One Video Check In
An optional check in with your trainer at the 3 week mark of your program to discuss your progress, feedback from/for your trainer, and our best plans for your next program.
ACCESS TO THE APP
Access our LWL platform on the True Coach app via mobile or desktop which will break down all of your moves with video demonstration and allow you to track your progress.
Community support
Join the 300+ ladies in our private Ladies Who Lift community where we ask questions, share progress, keep inspired, and check form.

This is our most popular program option! Select this upgrade if you would like feedback on each workout to get help with your form, weight selection and overall effort. This is like having a personal trainer in your pocket at the gym!
How it works:
Upload a video of your exercise into the app (don’t worry we will show you how to do this so you can do it discreetly, even in a busy gym)
Your coach will then review your form and write feedback on how to make adjustments, or encourage you to increase/decrease weight accordingly.
This option is great for newer clients who want to improve form to feel confident in the gym and for intermediate/advanced clients who have plateaued and aren’t sure if they’re pushing themselves hard enough.

Select this upgrade if you would like to meet with a coach weekly to get more personalized help and accountability with nutrition, lifestyle and holistic health.
With this upgrade option you get everything included in our base level program, PLUS the form feedback upgrade, PLUS weekly 30 minute meetings with your coach.
How it works:
We will start with an intake meeting to get clarity on your goals.
You will be given action-based goals for each week
We will meet weekly for 30 minutes to discuss your progress and work through any chellenges
We can give you calorie and macro targets or you may choose a more gentle habit-based nutrition approach
This is NOT a meal plan or a strict diet, it is coaching where we work together to find what works best for your body
I’M READY! WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?
Take a look at our coaches profiles and choose your trainer! During your purchase you will select any upgrades, fill out a brief intake form, and then follow the link in your purchase confirmation email to book a call with your coach on calendly. After your call, your coach will build your program. You can expect your program within 5-7 days after purchase.
AUTOPAY POLICY
Our memberships run on an autopay system where you are automatically billed on a monthly basis. No long term commitment. Cancel anytime before your next payment by logging in to your profile and clicking “cancel”. No hoops to jump through! You can also upgrade or downgrade at anytime.

FAQs
Is this program suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! What is important is to JUST START, and no one starts by knowing it all. Your coach will build your program to meet you where you are at. We won’t throw you onto a squat rack if you’re not ready.
Video examples provided will show you how to perform, and you are encouraged to ask questions! If you are a total beginner we recommend the form feedback upgrade so you can get one-on-one help with your form.
DO I GET LIFETIME ACCESS TO MY PROGRAM?
No. Only active clients will have access to their current and past programs. If you choose to cancel you will lose access to the app.
What equipment will I need?
Because we’re building this completely custom to you, let us know what equipment you have access to and we’ll make sure to work around that. If you are training at home, we strongly recommend having a few basics: Dumbbells AND/OR kettlebells, mini bands, and resistance bands.
What happens after month 1?
Your program is build on autopay so when your next payment goes through, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to book your renewal meeting with your coach or you can fill out a renewal form in lieu of a meeting. Your coach will then build you next month of training. If your coach doesn not receive your form, they will build your next month’s program base don what they know about your goals and your most recent communication.
Will I be able to talk to my coach whenever during the program?
You can message your coach on truecoach anytime! If you are on the form feedback upgrade you will receive specific feedback on each workout.
WHAT WEIGHTS WILL I NEED?
The weights you will need will largely depend on your individual strength. What may be heavy for one person may be the appropriate weight for another. The wider variety of weights you have, the better. Your coach can give you more specific feedback on their recommendations.
How do I cancel or switch my program?
Simply log in to your account and click cancel. You will immediately get a confirmation email that your autopay has been cancelled. If you are changing levels, simply purchase the option you’d like and let your trainer know that you’re upgrading or downgrading.
I’m not sure what level or trainer is right for me?
Feel free to book a consultation call to talk through your options! We are trainers, not salesmen so this call is relaxed and aimed at helping you make the best decision for you! There is no pressure and it won’t be salesy.
CAN I DO A TRIAL TO SEE WHAT THE APP IS LIKE?
We don’t offer trials, but there is no long term commitment, so if you try it out for a month and find that it’s not the right fit for you, you can cancel anytime.
