WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Full nutrition coaching includes daily access to your coach, as well as weekly coaching calls. 4 weeks of customized nutrition and lifestyle protocols assigned to you from your coach based off the information received from your intake form, along with your individual needs, wants and goals, health issues/concerns-and always taking your lifestyle into account.

VIDEO KICK-OFF CALL:
Before your coach writes your custom program, you will complete a detailed intake form & have a one-on-one call to dive into your goals, health history and plan of action.

FULLY CUSTOMIZED NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE:
Our Pro program is designed for those who are ready to take a deep dive into their health. These are not simply recommendations of what to eat and when, but a complete evaluation of your health as a whole. Symptoms often present themselves because of a nutritional imbalance, deficiency, or lifestyle factor. This program will utilize nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to support you in finding your most optimal health and understanding how your body operates.

30 MINUTE WEEKLY COACHING CALLS:
Check in with your coach every week to discuss your progress, receive support on your recommendations and make adjustments as needed

APP ACCESS:
communicate with your coach daily via our convenient and easy to use app where you can get quick support & answers to your questions throughout the week

RESOURCES:
Along with your personalized recommendations from our Nutrition Coach, you will receive our 64 page LWL Nutrition Guide, an easy-to-follow grocery list, and other resources aligned with your specific goals.
